The photographs shown here were taken April 9, 2016, at the plantingof beach grasses by a team of eight students from East Lyme HighSchool and six college students from the Sea Grant Program at theUniversity of Connecticut, Avery Point. Drs. Juliana Barrett and W.Frank Bohlen, both of the University’s prestigious program, have servedas science advisors of the project. Jim Gallagher, a director of theFoundation, serves as project Director and Manager.
